Dodo Luxury Warranty

  • Coverage: 5-Year Warranty
  • Eligibility: Covers factory defects only.
  • Claim Limit: Each purchase is eligible for one-time warranty claim.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.


Dodo Elite & Dodo Camouflage Warranty

  • Coverage: 3-Year Warranty
  • Eligibility: Covers factory defects and includes specific coverage for heel pad issues such as loosening or breaking.
  • Claim Limit: Each purchase is eligible for one-time warranty claim for both factory defects and heel pad issues.

Please note: Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not covered under this warranty.


Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please ensure you follow these steps:

  2. Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have the original purchase receipt and a valid warranty card.

  4. Inspection & Approval: Our team will inspect the product and verify the claim eligibility.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees for warranty claims are to be borne by the customer.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • A warranty claim is limited to one time per product.
