Every DODO® order is processed carefully and shipped promptly. Here's everything you need to know about delivery timelines, charges, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping Coverage

DODOMAT SDN. BHD. ships nationwide within Malaysia, as well as to Singapore and Brunei. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout based on your item's availability and delivery destination.

Basic Package (e.g. single mat set, no boot liner) RM 30.00
Standard Package (e.g. full mat set with boot liner) RM 35.00
Combo Package (e.g. multiple mat sets / bundled accessories) RM 90.00
Internal note: please confirm the exact product scope for each package tier above — these are currently placeholders based on typical naming. Worth clarifying so customers can tell which tier their order falls under.
International Orders (Singapore & Brunei)

We're happy to ship internationally. Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination. Any customs or duty fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility, separate from our shipping charge.

  • In-stock items: delivered within 7–14 working days from order confirmation.
  • A tracking number is sent by SMS/email once your order is handed to our courier partner.
  • Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, festive peak seasons, or severe weather — we'll notify you if this affects your order.
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, contact customer support with your order reference number and we'll investigate immediately.
Once an order has shipped
  • The delivery address can no longer be changed.
  • The order can no longer be altered or cancelled (see Order Cancellations below).
Unsuccessful delivery

If delivery fails because the receiver was unavailable, or the address provided was incomplete or inaccurate, additional redelivery charges may apply. DODOMAT SDN. BHD. is not responsible for return shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout — please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped or processed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
  • Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for options after delivery.
