Shipping Coverage
Dodomat Sdn. Bhd. ships products within Malaysia. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination.

Shipping Charges

The package size of your order determines the delivery cost:

Peninsular Malaysia:
Free shipping is available for orders placed in a single transaction.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):

  • Basic Package: RM30.00
  • Standard Package: RM35.00
  • Combo Package: RM90.00

International Orders (Singapore & Brunei):
We offer shipping to Singapore and Brunei. Please note that customs or duty fees imposed by your government are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient, in addition to the shipping rates.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Order Confirmation: For in-stock items, orders are delivered within 7-14 working days.
  • If your order has not arrived after 21 days, please contact customer support with your order reference number.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once the transaction has been approved.

Unsuccessful Delivery:
If the delivery fails due to an unattended receiver, inaccurate, or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply.

Dodomat Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for shipping charges incurred on returned packages due to incorrect or missing information.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped or process.
  • If the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. For further details, please refer to our Return Policy.
